Discount services

to say, saving 6%-7% in commission can make a big difference to the bottom line.
The problem with doing a for sale by owner (FSBO) is the marketing tools that only realtors have, as
the vast majority of sellers use a realtor to sell their home. We provide
those tools to you for a low flat fee of $995 regardless of the home's value:

This amount is fully refundable if you switch to our full service later. This
option is very popular with our FSBO sellers.
Full-service
The vast majority of selllers elect to sell their homes with a professional.
We are open and upfront and charge a low 5.5% commission, compared to the going market
rate of 6%-7% elsewhere. A few of the many benefits of using our full services are listed
